Work with me

Four ways in, and only one of them is right for you

I would rather send you to the cheapest option that fits than sell you the most expensive one that does not. Here is what each thing actually is, what it costs, and who it is wrong for.

The four

What each one actually is.

01

The Course

eight weeks, one cohort of forty

The whole method, in order, with a live room every Tuesday and a real conversation to run between sessions. Recordings if you cannot make it live.

You want the full method and you have an hour or two a week.
You need one specific conversation solved by Friday.
02

Advisory, 1:1

a standing hour, twice a month

One person, one hard thing, worked in real time. We rehearse the actual conversation, then debrief it after you have had it. Six seats a year.

The pressure is specific, named, and soon.
You want general leadership coaching.

$3,200 a quarter

03

Speaking

sixty to ninety minutes

A keynote or a closing session that leaves a whole room with the same three moves and the same vocabulary. Travel and a pre-call included.

A large group and a single day.
You need behaviour change to survive past week three without follow-up.

04

The Table

monthly, ongoing

A members' room of people running the same method, with a live case clinic every month and a searchable library of teardowns.

The pattern is real but the budget and the calendar are not.
You want direct access to me every week.

Two minutes

Three questions, then a straight answer.

No email required, nothing captured. It routes you to the one thing worth your time and tells you why.

  1. 01

    Who is the work for?

  2. 02

How much time do you actually have?

  3. 03

    What is the pressure?

Answer the three questions and the answer appears here.

Before you ask

The questions I get every week.

Yes, and it is usually the better buy above about twelve people. It runs as four half-days rather than eight evenings, on your material rather than mine. Write to me with the size of the group and the thing you are actually trying to fix.

There are four part-scholarship places in every cohort, funded by the full-price seats. There is no application essay — you write two paragraphs about what you are carrying and what you would do with the method. I read all of them myself.

Every session is recorded and posted within a day, and the between-session work is asynchronous. People routinely do a whole cohort from a different timezone. What you lose is the room, which is genuinely the best part, so miss as few as you can.

Constantly. The method has nothing to do with seniority — if anything it matters more when you do not have positional power, because you cannot fall back on it. The advisory seats skew senior only because of what they cost.

Yes. Write to me and I will introduce you to two people from recent cohorts who work in something close to your situation, with no obligation in either direction.

Where to start

The conversation you are avoiding is already costing you.

You do not have to book anything to begin. Read one letter, take the fit finder, or write to me and say what is actually going on.
